Why can't I transfer the $100 that is in my paypal account. I have done many "transfer to my bank " transfers in the past and do not understand why I cannot transfer the money to my bank account. Something was just sent to my bank yesterday but today PAYPAL will not let me transfer $100 to my bank. You already have my bank account and I also recently linked my debit card.
