Hi, so I need to receive some money from one of my friends. I was wondering, can I receive the money now and then fill in my credit card details later on to transfer the money(to my credit card) later on? Is there a certain time frame by which I need to 'redeem' my PayPal balance into my bank account? Or is it permanent?
You can receive funds into your paypal balance but you can't withdraw to a credit card, only to a linked and confirmed bank account or debit card.
Also if its not a payment for goods/services and really is just a gift of money from a friend then make sure they use the friends/family option so you don't get charged a fee and the payment placed on the new seller hold.
