On 8/9/2018 at 11:51PM I received a call and a silent voicemail from <removed>. After checking the internet I see this is the number to Paypal customer service. When I returned the call, the greeting said I should call back during normal business hours. What!? If that is the case why did I get this call at this time of night? If Paypal can call me to verify something, I would think customers should be able to call back.
