Buying Goods From India

I know PayPal will not allow money to be sent to India via personal but it can be done through goods and services. Will purchases from India to US qualify for Buyer Protection?

They can receive export related payments and you would have buyer protection.

That protection however is not a 100% coverall so you need to read up on it so that you can risk assess your transactions.
