MORE INFO: She paid goods and services. The tracking shows delivered.. she is in England and the item was coming from China. Am I, the seller, responsible for the item and have to refund her??

Hey Labelsnlove2,
Great question - if your buyer didn't receive what they paid for, they are entitled to a refund from you, the seller. This means that you'll have to open a claim with the shipping company for the missing item, as they'll be the ones who owe you a refund for losing your item. I hope this information helps!
