buyer paid for item then decided they didnt want it, requested a refund. then relisted it for more then he paid. now the money he paid is on hold so i cant acess it and hes relisted on ebay, i dont have my product or any cash.

Sorry why would you refund a buyer BEFORE they returned your item?
