Thank you for your post. I recommend visiting the Acceptable Use Policy, which can be seen by clicking Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website and navigating to the Acceptable Use Policy link. If you have questions regarding the policy, there is an email address within that document that can be contacted.
As a general rule, I would suggest that anything that could potentially be determined to violate the policy be avoided without express permission from the team that fields those emails. If there is any activity found that violates the policy, it will likely prevent further use of PayPal as a result.
