hi there I have been trying to get in contact with paypal for 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone no answer previously on the phone for 1 hour and 15 minutes and was hung up on I have also been trying to using the bot to message them in that time and the bot keeps going in loops and will not work this is very fustrating and quite ridiculous how can I contact them

If you don't think we can help then your options are....

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
