opening an account from spain

hi guys my mum lives in the canaries but isnt very good with all this online stuff i'm trying to open her an account so all she has to do is sign in and off she goes! but its not allowing the postcode for her area?

PayPal accounts are country specific. Must choose the correct country that accepts her post code.

Go here and select the correct country, if even supports her location at all:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide

It's possible that she may not be able to open a PayPal account at all and opening one from a country that PayPal does not service under another country, is against user agreement.
