ive recieved a payment to my paypal for $10,120 but the sender sent ne an email of the paypal receipt and apparently the payment is pending with paypal until i pay $120 release fee.in bitcoin,is this correct of paypal or is it a con?

SCAM, NO SUCH THING AS A RELEASE FEE, IF YOUR BUYER PAID THE FUNDS WOULD SHOW IN YOUR PAYPAL BALANCE.

Even if pending they would still show in your balance.

Also paypal would not ask you to use another rival payment processor ie bitcoin etc.
