Hello, I have a question concerning the new establishments in the PayPal user contract that are supposed to be valid since July 30th, 2021. There is mentioned that for users from the Czech Republic the fee for inactivity will be 270 CZK (13 USD), however when I created the account, no fee was included. It is not clear to me whether it means, that if I don't use the account, I will have to pay 270 CZK (monthly)? Could you please give me a piece of advice?

Only PayPal accounts with no activity in the previous 12 months will be charged an inactivity service fee. The fee will be £9 or equiv in your currency, or the remaining balance on the account if less than £9 or equiv in your currency. Accounts with zero balance won’t be impacted and this charge won’t result in any negative balance.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
