can't find how or where I created a dropdown selection option for users to buy a service

HI -

5 years ago I put paypal on my site for people to buy my resume and cover letter service on this page

I want to change the pricing but when I go into my Paypal account I can't find where I would do that. I looked under buttons and I can't find it.  So if this is not a button what is it? More important where is it and how do I edit it?  I am in the right Paypal account when I check.
