I bought 5 items on Paypal. My Paypal account verifies the 5 purchases . My credit card statement shows Paypal took 8payments for different goods from my credit card. I suspect fraud but no one in Paypal will discuss. I cannot find an e mail address for head office. I am now going to the police to report Paypal for fraud
