PAYPAL *SNAILSMAGI[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]SGP - Scam?

Hi, in January I paid just over $20 for a Koala key ring using my MasterCard / PayPal.

never received it. Tried to complain using PayPal’s site but this transaction is not listed.

only record is on my MasterCard account.

The above details (in my title) are all I have to go on.

i suspect with the human distress shown re Koala plight several overs have been victims of this scam.

Please confirm this and advise on any action - or should I just write it off and learn from this experience?

If paid through PayPal guest checkout without PayPal account, look for PayPal receipt email with the receipt ID number at the bottom. Call customer service and provide receipt ID number to open dispute. Note: Your situation is kind of in a grey area but if your transaction is considered a donation, you may not be covered and may have to dispute through your card issuer.

3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
