Your PayPal Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing email message

Hello, I just received an email with the subject line of

Your PayPal Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing

 

I looked through my email and I did not receive an email from PayPal any time prior to this message indicating that there was an issue with my account.  I've made a few purchases over the past two weeks and they all went through without an issue.  I looked here regarding the subject but the answers I found reference that this message is usually sent after there is a limitation on the account.  I have no email that there ever was a limitation on my account and I looked in my PayPal settings and my account shows no issues and no messages from PayPal.  

 

Should I be worried?
