I got a email from link <removed> stating that I had a balance of $1,000 but I could not have access to the $1,000 until I paid some kind of fee that amounted to $150 I conducted a transaction with a person who said that this money was deposited on my account is this a legitimate email is there a fee to get my money please respond ASAP thank you

No its a SCAM.
That is not how paypal works, you don't pay a fee first to receive funds.
Advice is voluntary.
