The format of your transaction ID looks like you made an order with a major merchant. If the status of this is completed, the merchant has received your payment.
If the status is pending, but the merchant does not see anything in their ordering system, they must cancel the pending order in their PayPal account.
Either way, kindly contact the merchant so you can move forward with this transaction.
