Hello All, I am receiving text messages of payments I made to a local taxi company. I did not make these purchases and according to my paypal account, i did not get charged.The last transaction was today at 9:35 am PDT for the amount of $15.19. The transaction made on a visa card I don't own. The transactions are not showing up on my paypal account and I do not recognize that credit card number.
