Unusual Activity on my account

I received the following email from PayPal (with a PayPal logo on it).  "We noticed some unusual activity on your P͎ayPaI account and are concerned about potential unauthorized access. Please reset your password. What do I need to do? Log in to your PayPal account and complete the steps required to re-secure your account."  A Log-In box was provided. Is this legit or  phishing? I did not respond. I did a separate long in to my PayPal account and do not see any alerts there. Advice?
