Unauthorized transactions and refund

Good evening. Today an unauthorized access on my PayPal deprived me of over 950€, setting my bank account balance at 12€. Obviously, that is not ok. I opened a reclaim on the platform, but there's no way to call PayPal at this time of the day. I'd just like to get some reassurance on the matter and that I will get my money back. I am distraught. What are my chances? How long will it take?

Yes, actually! It has been accepted and the money has been temporarily recredited to my account, where it will stay until the investigation is over.
