Unable to read message sent by PayPal to message centre

Hi, I have been sent a notification from PayPal that I have a message but when I open the message in message center it’s empty . I emailed PayPal explaining this and they have sent me another message which is again empty. 

 

Can anyone Help?

Hi @Liesel2, I'm sorry for the experience. Please consider trying to use a differebt browser as well as clearing your browser's cache and cookies then try again. Hopefully this helps! Thanks!
