USING MOBILE MONEY WITHOUT LINKING MY CARDS TO PAYPAL

Hi! I am new to paypal, I'd like to know if its compulsory to link the my cards with Paypal account since I plan to use only mobile money transfer

You would have to add a card at some point to verify your account.
