I have tried on a numerous amok r of occasions to get through to the help centre but it isn't even ringing. I believe I'm being scammed but need verification. Right from the get go it's been a bit weird then I received an unusual email saying it's from PayPal etc etc but that a client has issued the money Into my PayPal account and I need to send money from my own bank account to the account within the email. When I go to make a transfer it request an email or phone number.. but none have been provided on the email? It's ringing alarms bells especially as I have to send a picture of the transfer?!?!

Yes of course its a scam.

The whole point of paypal is that you pay to a paypal account and not to someones bank account etc.

Equally your paypal bank or card info is kept confidential.

You never send or do ANYTHING until the funds are showing in your paypal account balance.
