This has been going on for at least a year but when I purchase anything I receive a notification as expected. However, now it comes through identifying fonts, questions marks and various other characters. not a clean message. I've had my iPhone8+ for several years and have no issues with other text message? Setting? or is this a Paypal bug? Again, I've been a member since 2007...this started about 9m to a year ago? here is a sample;
