i have entered in a transaction with a new supplier for me. I have agreed with them few more clauses of warranty and return and i wish to incorporate it as part of the transaction. As paypal provided an escrow service those terms will help for resolution if needed.
Where those terms could be incorporated , in case the seller does not wish to issue paypal invoices.
