Worst help center I ever found. there is no way to contact an agent. Charging so much money on everything and can't provide a help center..**bleep** you paypal

Yes.. I don't need any advice. I am looking for the person who advises PayPal to implement this stupid help center. over the phone or live chat. I don't have anywhere else to book my dissatisfaction.
