Sign up Paypal account USA, while you are living in the Europe?

Hi, I want create a whole new PayPal account. We want choose the USA PayPal. When you pay something in the usa they don't accept European PayPal thats why we want USA. Could someone give me more information about this. How it goes, plus what do you prefer us?  another question: we want also get paid...........

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You would not be able to verify or use another countries paypal account.

We have to sign In The country where we are right.... In this situation just choose the European country...  When We go to USA does it change? one question: could we get paid in dollars in the European account? When you have PayPal me Right could we get paid by Chinese yen also euro also dollar Russian rubles?

I you do not reside in USA,you cannot open a US Paypal account as you have no US address and bank account.

What you can do with your non USA account is to go to your profile and accept foreign currency,one by one and state if you want Paypal to convert it when you receive IT or keep it as is,then you will see a separate balance per foreign currency.

Paypal charges a conversion fee,when you are ready to convert to local currency ,if you want to transfer to your bank account or debit /credit card.
