Send money to Albania. Changes?

Hi. I want to find out how much will cost me to send money to Albania. Sent yesterday 5£ twice charges each time was 0.99£ and they received money shows that fee will be 5$ so actual money they will get just 6$. Can you please explain how much pay pal charge to send money there?

FEES are located in paypals user agreement and vary country to country.
