Purchased some items from a company in Indonesia and it looks like a scam, is Pay Pal going to refund me if it is or can I cancel the transaction as it is pending at the moment?
With paypal you're always protected. You can file a dispute if you did not receive the item. Once there is a dispute, paypal will put the money on hold while doing the investigation.
