Hello. I've recently received couple of messages related to one of my transaction from email address <removed> , asking me to provide the proof of shipping of the item I've sold. It this a genuine PayPal email address? The messages look OK to me, greeting me by my full name and not asking for any personal details etc, but cannot see them (the messages) in my messages in my PayPal account, they've been landing directly in my mailbox, although I think my email address is confirmed. Thanks for help in advance.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
