Paypal charged me $26 for $500 transaction, it's more than 5% and Paypal official website states that they charge 4.4% for international transaction. Now, they don't allow me to raise a dispute in the resolution centre. Can anyone help me here? How to contact them and get a refund of extra amount they have charged.
