Paypal Phone Services not helpful at all

Hi,

I have noticed PayPal has been very bad customer service now. I have been trying many times different times to make calls NOT have Any Help. 

Send the message "NO ONE NEVER ONLINE"  always massage reply by a different person and different Answer for your case. 

it has been not easy to work on issues. 

itis TIME to STOP USING PAYPAL ???? can anyone explain??

NO PHONE SUPPORT??   NO CHATT SUPPORT?? Massage ANsWER Take 24 hr??

PAYMENT FEE TAKEN RIGHT WAY ???? 

LOCKING FOR ANSWER!!!!!!

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
