Hi, I'm wondering why my payment is being rejected. My card has funds so for it to be rejected brings concern. The website says that they have cancelled a billing agreement with me. Not sure what that means or why, but would really need some help here

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
See if its still in there.

Hi, thanks. I tried it and it says that my account with Sony is active, however the email sent to me said other wise. Not sure why.
