Is there no way to contact PayPal via phone. That virtual agent thing is a joke. My issue: I read all the links. I still do not see an answer to my main question of the following: I understand the fee charged by PayPal for a Friend to Friend/Family when I use my credit card. This year, I notice PayPal is now classifying these transactions as a Sale and my credit cards are getting hit with the equivalent of a Cash Advance charge also. This did not happen last year but it has this year. Why is that?
