- Ive been using PayPal for years and last night for the first time ever I didn't receive a receipt for my purchase. Is there a reason for this

Hello, If can't see the receipt in your inbox email. You may also check the junk folder or spam folder, especially if the file is too large. Hope it helps! Stay safe!

Hi @Anyny, Welcome to community forum. Please also log in to your PayPal account and click activity then select the specific transaction, then click view details. You will see the status and the details of the transaction. Thank you.

This still doesn't explain why no receipt, two transactions later I received receipts for. Only one transaction didn't generate a receipt, now I have to certify if the company I made an order from is a real business and not a scam.
