Hello, I am currently trying to link my bank account to my paypal, but am having some issues. I have tried using the more instant method of thinking them, but I am always met with an error message. When I decided to choose the option saying it would send me a small payment and take it back, I have not received the transfer, even though the help messenger is saying I am already linked. Even so, my profile says I still need to confirm the process in order to finish linking. Any help would be appreciated.
