PayPal has been hacked. Even the call centers are being redirected to the hackers

No they are not, you probably used google for a paypal number and phone a fake one.

Cant even get the call centers to close our account. Been dealing with this for several hours. Not even claimed managers cant even close our account.

PayPal is hacked, call center confirmed it. That's why I think the call centers are hacked as well.
