I have a credit card that charges me zero fees for foreign currency transactions. (For example, I recently used the card for a direct purchase from Amazon US - I had no fees at all to pay and the currency conversion rate was excellent.) If I add that card to my account, will PayPal still charge me fees and what will they be?
