My PayPal account created in Qatar.I need to use it in Srilanka as, i am currently residing in Srilanka.Is it possible?please do the needful. Thanks

You can't use another countries paypal account.

If you want to close it and open one in Sri Lanka thats an option BUT you can't receive payments in Sri Lanka only send them for purchases.
