Hello everyone, I tried to look this up elsewhere as I just wanted to make sure that this isn't some elaborate scam before I sent the payment, but couldn't find an answer. Thanks in advance for your help.

As shown in the attachment, the seller invoiced me for the item with a good correct description, but the price was listed as $0.00. Then there is a line item underneath the subtotal that states the "Cost of Item" as $820.00. I've never seen this before, and my suspicious side immediately chimes in to say that if they don't send me the item or it's not as described, they can say that the item cost $0.00 and therefore that's all that I will be refunded. Has anyone ever seen this before and am I still protected for the full amount if I send payment?
