Pay Pal France could ask me personal information?

I have sold an item in wallapop and the payment will be made by Pay Pal. Somebody called Paypal France (from an GMAIL email) asks me for personal information that I have already registered in my wallet:

Is this the case or is there a scam undercover?

Paypal would NEVER ask you to submit that information in an email.

Paypal doesn't use gmail.
