PAYPAL fees are ridiculously high

I received 250 euros (as a refund) and paid 10 euros in fees.

Also: it will take a week to get that money.

I will find a better way to transfer money in the future.

Just wanted to leave a record of this. It's a joke.

Can't have been a 'refund' then, if a buyer gets a refund they do not pay any fee.

Seller must have 'sent' you a payment as a refund using the goods/services option so you paid a fee.

If they had refunded or used the friends/family option (if available in your country) then you would not have paid anything.
