Hello I wish to get clarity, the total amount of items I bought including PayPal 5% was 671.35$ however the transection from my bank that went through was 710.71$ can I please get a clarity as why I was charged more than 5% PayPal feel. Will I get the money back?what was it for? Please help, am worried and concerned because it's not my first time making payment with Paypal however it's my first time being overcharged this way. Please help
