Here is the situation, I have opened an LLC via Stripe Atlas and I got a bank account with azlo. Currently, I am accepting payments via Stripe but I would like to add Paypal as another payment method.
so Is it possible to open a paypal business account with my LLC and Bank Account documents.

Setting up a PayPal account the way you're describing will not work. PayPal accounts are country specific because regulations change from country to country.
To avoid any account issues you should close this US PayPal Personal account and open an account in the country you live in.
But My business registered in USA and My Country don't have paypal operations. Don't you think, It's business and it does not matter from where then business owner live?
I think, It should be based on the business originated as I am interested to open a business account.
For a PayPal user to have an account in another country they would need to physically travel to and have a residence in that country, plus they would only be able to use the account while they are in that specific country. I'm going to post a PayPal link with details on this below.
You mentioned that PayPal doesn't offer services in the country you live in. Keep in mind that PayPal is obligated to obtain licensing in order to get permission to operate in a specific country.
I can understand where you're coming from, but what you're trying to do could end up creating a lot of problems. I don't want to see you run into any issues with your money or your business/customers.
