Keep getting notifications saying paypal fraud and deposited made cant tell who's sending them

I would delete the emails and not respond. If you have a PayPal debit card, call the number on the back and speak with someone. Usually these emails want you to click a link and login. That gives the fraudsters your information. If you just hover over the link and not click it, its usually to some other site pretending to be PayPal.
