New invoicing experience

When I create an invoice in the new invoicing experience, there doesn't seem to be a way to include the date of service on each line anymore. The only date is the date of the invoice itself. Is there a setting somewhere that enables dates?

Nooooo! What did they do? lol Well it’s inevitable.

 

Have to enter the service date in the Description field from now on. But in the meantime, switch to classic invoicing until they get rid of it through the Settings menu on the Manage Invoice page.

Yeah - that's what I did (after several minutes of frustration until I stumbled across the option to switch back to classic mode). Would love to know the logic of removing date of service from an invoice.

Thank you! I was upset about the new invoicing experience's lack of the product save/update feature so this workaround is much appreciated. Hopefully they will allow me to keep using the classic invoicing until they make the new invoicing experience fully-featured.
