My email is being used for someone else paypal that I didn’t give them permission to use at all I am the owner of the email it’s even in my name I made the email back when me and my ex got together it was in 2009 and I got a email saying that the PayPal account was limited to doing stuff but I have a paypal with my other email can someone help me out plz
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
