My balance has shown in the upper left hand corner of my Home page for the last 10 years. An hour ago it vanished. I've logged on 3 times and it's still gone. I use Firefox and never had problems before. Anyone know why?
I think I know why. I had a dispute going but I got a message on 1/3/21 that it was resolved and all my funds we're available, and they we're and they we're showing on my home page. But now the resolution center shows this case still open and my balance disappeared. Why would they do that?
