This is an odd one. Xero and PayPal are in agreeance in Xero, except the amount is wrong. Both PayPal and Xero say my PayPal account is -82.99 (and has done for months now) but my PayPal account is always zero, unless I pay for something and then it's automatically funded. I cannot work out what has gone wrong. If there was a difference between PayPal and Xero this would be easier to fix! How can PayPal keep reporting an incorrect account balance from an active bank feed?
