I have negative balance and money on hold for an unauthorized transaction and can't report

Hello guys! I'm really worried about this!

I was trying to make a payment using my PayPal and it got denied. I proceeded to log into my account just to find out that I have NEGATIVE BALANCE for -$330.00 and a message saying I have the same amount on hold for some reason. I tried to find the transaction (that I'm pretty sure I didn't do or authorize, neither manually or on automatic payments) just to find out it's nowhere in Activity so I CAN'T REPORT IT OR OPEN A CASE

I want to keep using my PayPal and making payments but now I don't know what to do!

No, I couldn't contact with the support team. I'm feeling really disappointed with the lack of support in cases like this. It's really a shame...
